Cheechee Cooks:Bitterleaf soup(Local dish)

hi loves,so its been a while i did a cheechee cooks post.Today i cooked a lot and i haven't done a post on bitterleaf soup.Its a Nigerian local dish that is very rich cos of the fish and veggies used.So here goes.
Ingredients
  • Beef
  • Bitterleaf
  • Onions
  • 1 and a half cubes of Maggi,
  • 1 satchet of maggi mixpy(ginger and garlic)
  • Salt
  • Crayfish
  • Stockfish and dryfish
  • Achi(thickner)
  • Ogiri/locust bean(flavour)   
Step by Step

ive put in my crayfish,maggi,salt
achi(thickner)

palm oil
just put in my palmoil,achi,ogiri

achi(thickner)at work


thick and ready for bitterleaf to go in
just put in the bitterleaf

soup ready and delicious
